To get to the building, you need to enter a service road on the south side of Princess Elizabeth Avenue, either just east of 106 Street or a little further east, by the cross walk. There is one hour parking on the street in front of the building, as well as parking behind the building (in the center of the parking lot). Once you enter the building, come up to the top of the stairs on the right side of the foyer and through the fire door - my office door is on the left just inside the fire door. There is a code on my office door - if you don't have it, please email me and I will send it to you. |
Hours of Operation
I see clients between 9:30 to 4:30 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. First sessions must be held on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday. The office is closed on Monday and Thursday.
Messages
If you call during business hours you will likely get the answering machine. Please leave a message and your phone number, and please say your name and phone number clearly. We will get back to you within 48 business hours. It is best to leave some times when you will be available to be called back. Alternatively, use the contact form below to send an email.
With regard to both phone calls and emails, modern technology is not always as reliable as we would like. Phone messages can be recorded but disappear. Emails can also get lost in transmission. If you have not received a response to a phone call in a reasonable amount of time, please send an email or call back. If you have sent an email and haven't received a response, please check your junk mail. If there is nothing there, send another email or call.
